Bar Spices is a much-loved Israeli spice company located in the Barkan region in Samaria. Barak and Dana Berman established their business with a shared vision of creating unique and unusual spice blends. They have tapped into the rich knowledge and traditions of Middle Eastern cooking to create special spices and reflect an Israeli sensibility.
