The fragrance is the final step to an outfit creating an invisible finishing touch.
Shimon has created a light scent that is perfect for every day. It has subtle notes of mango and crisp apples. You can mist it on and enjoy a scent inspired by the fruit orchards of the Holy Land.
The fragrance is best applied to pulse points on the wrists, behind the knees, and a touch behind the ears.
You may also enjoy spritzing a little on your hair brush before you style your hair to refresh your hair between washes.

Adagio Perfume – Scent of mango and apples
Shimon Barda established his business Perfumes Itamar in the Jewish settlement of Itamar, high in the hills of Samaria.
Shimon and his family made aliya from France, where he had worked in the fashion industry. Shimon had always been fascinated by fragrances and how they complete an outfit, and when he found himself needing to start over in Israel, he felt inspired by the land to explore the art of perfumery.
He started his business to explore his Jewish roots and create perfumes using only natural Israeli ingredients. He made an extensive catalog of hundreds of native plants and only then set out to create his beautiful fragrances and skincare products.
Today Shimon and his family have a small research and development lab and packaging plant in Itamar. They work together and have developed a reputation for outstanding skincare and fragrances.
