Fenster’s individually packaged toffee was two years in development. Making a delicious soft toffee without food preservatives that could be individually packaged was challenging and during the course of development, the folks at Fenster’s experienced some difficulties along the way. They were not willing to compromise on their quality standards and therefore persevered until they achieved success!

Fenster’s Lavender Toffee is a uniquely Israeli flavor. From early spring all through summer, the air is scented with wild-growing lavender. It has a wonderfully calming scent and taste. This delicious toffee is made in small batches, by hand and contains 1.2% pure lavender flowers.
