• You can season your olive wood cheese platter by rubbing it with olive oil.
• Hand wash with a mild detergent in warm water. (Do not leave it to soak in water as this will weaken the wood fibers and may lead to splitting)
• Dry with a lint-free cloth. (If you leave to air dry, season with a touch of olive oil)
